I stay indoors.

Sheltering my quiet room,

In my small courtyard,

My pillow and mat are pure.
What is at hand for lunch?
The mere flavors of flesh and meat.
Summer clothes amount to little;
Such as banana cloth and light cottons.
Since I have enough,
It's idle to seek more.

Who dined on one dish
And drank from a gourd
At present I enjoy wealth and eminence.
